Osman files Habeas Corpus No 4

Osman applies to magistrate in Hong Kong for issue of a subpoena under section 104 of Magistrate's Ordinance to Attorney General to produce documents. The subpoena is issued and AG applies to set aside the Court's order. Hearing adjourned sine die to await discovery proceedings in the United Kingdom.

Osman appeals to Supreme Court of Malaysia in respect of the decision of 06.01.90

Osman applies for summons for discovery in respect of his fourth application for habeas corpus.

The Divisional Court reject the application for discovery on grounds other than public interest immunity.
