I, KEVIN CAHILL, of 121, Clare Court, Judd Street, London WC1, do hereby

solemnly, sincerely and truly affirm and say as follows:

I am over twenty one years of age, I am an experienced journalist and

author and systems analyst and also formerly a British Army Officer

(Sandhurst).

I have investigated, over a period of 3 years, an extradition case, which

comes before the UK courts from time to time. The case involves The

Crown (ex parte the Governor of Hong Kong) and one LORRAIN

OSMAN, who is accused of fraud and other offences in the Crown colony

of Hong Kong (HK).

Mr Osman has now been held, on remand, for almost 5 1/2 years in UK

prisons.

In the last several months a number of documents have come into my

possession. These documents are attached, and exhibited as follows:

certainly, from the same files, although without the

stamp of the Hong Kong Police.

A letter from Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad

(BBMB).

A Transcript from court proceedings in the High

Court of Hong Kong.

A statement as to the present status of the

person

identified in the FO cable as "Reid".
