Summary.

A prosecution has four key components. The prosecutor, the witness, the evidence and the complainant.

The prosecutor is in jail.

The chief witness is disgraced in the courts.

The evidence is corrupt, biased, selective and from a tainted source and party.

The complainant is linked prima facie to murder and to a US$50m potential bribe.

The public law and justice must be impartial, balanced, objective, of integrity in its office holders and fair.

This prosecution is partial, unbalanced, and was concocted for a wholly corrupt purpose.

It is disgraceful that the Government consistently refuse to respond to the above serious matters.

Yours sincerely,

Menigst

M J Kingston.
