46. I now turn to the management reports. Clearly, they are relevant and Mr.

Allison has produced numerous such documents, see e.g. "CHA 1", 1590, 1592,

1622, 1643, 1647,1 1697 etc. Management reports found to be material by Mr.

Allison include reports from foreign branches (e.g. "CHA 1", 1590, 1592),

inter branch lending and weekly outstanding global placement limits (e.g..

"CHA 1", 2183, 2238, 2239, 2397, etc). What appears to be missing, however,

are the management reports during 1979, (e.g.. "CHA 1", 1363, 1348, 1339,

1203-1205, 1184, 1185 etc).
