RECORD OF ISSUE AND COMMITMENTS

Suggested column headings are as follows:
a) Date
b) Serial No.
c) Name of travelling officer
d) Details of journey
e) Committed cost
f) Travel claim despatched (tick column)
g) Date of clearance on TAS printout
h) Total outstanding commitments
Once the actual cost of a journey is recorded on the TAS printout, the committed cost column should be cleared of that item and the total outstanding commitments column updated. This will ensure that a current total of outstanding commitments is always available.
