Sir, I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of

Your Excellency, I have the honour to refer to
recent discussions between representatives of the
Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of
the United Kingdom concerning visa-free access for travel
to Hong Kong by Polish passport holders and for travel to
Poland by Hong Kong British Dependent Territories Citizen
passport holders and by British National (Overseas)
passport holders (hereafter called "British Hong Kong
passport holders").
It is the understanding of the
Government of Hong Kong that -
(1) Polish passport holders will be permitted to
visit Hong Kong without visas for a period not
exceeding seven (7) days, excluding the date of
landing.
