Have agreed as follows

ARTICLE 1

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement in respect of

Hong Kong a "requisite travel document" means a valid

travel document, described in Schedule 1, that contains a

statement endorsed by a competent. Hong Kong authority that

the bearer has the right of abode in Hong Kong.

(2) Schedule 1 may be amended from time to time with the

agreement of both Governments.
