Returnees Coming Back to Work after Migration
Among people who have foreign residency rights, 19% of them have, in their households, returnees coming back to work after migration. Households with returnees in the past year, more than a year, more than 3 years constitute 7%, 6% and 6% respectively.
This shows that while Hong Kong is experiencing brain drain it is also winning back some returnees.
