1. The Salvation Army is registered as a corperation sole in Hong

Kong.

2. The Officer Commanding, Lt.-Colonel William Banks, is head of the

of Army's operations in Hong Kong and holdss a power

attorney issued by the General of The Salvation Army.

3.

The International Headquarters of The Salvation Army is located in London and it is established by an Act of Parliament.

4. I am sending herewith an organisational chart which will give some

idea of the scope of the Army's operation in Hong Kong.
