Many thanks for your fax of 27 June enclosing more names. usual, I have passed a copy on to John Morris, HKD, for comments. Meanwhile I have a few very minor comments on how companies are registered at Companies House:
List A
Wimpey plc is registered as George Wimpey plc.
International Commodities Clearing House Ltd is registered as International Commodities Clearing House Holdings.
There are two Quantels on Companies House register: Quantel Ltd or Quantel Group Ltd.
List C
The Pillsbury Company is registered as Pillsbury UK Ltd.
There is a Brocklehursts UK Ltd on the register and a Brocklehurst & Co.
I have seen a copy of Tel No 193 to FCO on the treatment of charities; presumably the advice received from FCO's Legal Advisers will also cover the "Save the Children" case.
Otherwise we are content.
