Thank you for your facsimile letter of 30 July.
Bain Clarkson is a division of Inchcape Insurance Brokers rather than its subsidiary and should I think therefore remain on List B. The problem is that the applicant, whoever that may be, should have applied under the Inchcapo name but instead used Bain Clarkson.
GCP has been moved to List C and Nextreturn Limited is the correct parent of Next Hong Kong. Incidentally, your comments on the previous batch of companies (your fax of 2 July) have been noted and where necessary, the appropriate adjustments made. In this respect for your records, Quantel Ltd and Brocklehursts UK Ltd are the correct British parents.
