1. Please refer to our telno 157 and the fax containing our legal adviser's view on whether service with the British Red Cross and Salvation Army in Hong Kong amounts to service with a British undertaking.
It strikes us that it might be appropriate to obtain similar advance information on Save the Children as that required for the other two (ie the @egal connection between the SCF London and Hong Kong). If you agree perhaps you could ask the SCF to provide this.
