BRITISH UNDERTAKINGS
Thank you for your fax of 8 March enclosing a categorised
list of 34 companies which the Committee has approved as British undertakings.
I confirm that all the British parent companies in Lists A and B are registered at Companies House. Otherwise I have only one small comment:
KCRC: Presumably D (iv) should read D (iii)
Subject to FCO agreement, we are content to approve the names. As indicated in my fax of 22 February of David Smith, Mr. Sainsbury sees no need to be consulted on individual names.
