BRITISH NATIONALITY (HONG KONG) ACT: BRITISH UNDERTAKINGS LIST

Thank you for your fax of 12 April stating that the list of 34 British undertakings approved by the Advisory Committee on 6 March has also been approved by Ministers.

These have now been sent to the Governor today for his approval. The number of companies sent totals 35 (we have included Baring International Asset Administration which was previously omitted from our letter and lists to the Governor of 4 March). I attach both the alphabetical list and categorised lists of the 35 companies that have been sent.
