BRITISH UNDERTAKINGS
Thank you for your fax of 12 April enclosing a list of British undertakings approved by the Group.
tels 117 and 118 on the same subject.

We have checked all the UK parents at Companies House and are broadly content with what is proposed. We do however have a number of fairly minor comments:
LIST B
a) Are Hutchison-Boag Engineering and Hutchison Building Materials Ltd really subsidiaries of Inchcape, rather than Hutchison? Both were included on the list of HWL subsidiaries provided by Simon Murray on 21 January. If nothing has changed, they should be put on list D.
(b) Assuming the two Freeman Fox companies are 100% owned by Acer Consultants (FE) Ltd, they should be put on list C. Acer Consultants (FE) Ltd is not registered in the UK and itself featured on list B as being 100% owned by Acer Consultants Ltd.
LIST C
(c) Provided that both Boftex Ltd and Pifco Overseas Ltd are 100% owned by the companies on the list, they should presumably feature on List B, rather than List C. Boftex Group Ltd and Pifco Holdings plc are both registered in the UK.
(d) Wasn't Hong Kong United Dockyards submitted to the Governor for approval on 7 February? Has there been any change?
