As regards the remaining organisations (British Trade Commission, Crown Suppliers, PSA, and Industrial Development Board of Northern Ireland) we assume they they would qualify under Article 16 (2) (b) of the Act and not have to be included. Has the Hong Kong Government Office provided any guidance on qualifying organisations? I am a little unclear for instance about the status of the IDB for Northern Ireland.
