Thank you for your fax of 1 February on the above. We have put up a submission to Mr Sainsbury covering the companies included in tel 35 and are awaiting his reaction.

As regards the subsidiaries of HWL, I would be grateful if you could let me know which will be included in the Final List. note, for instance, that Cavendish International Holdings features on the last page of the Hutchison names with 65% of its equity owned by HWL. How does this square with the Committee's decision to turn them down and also with 2 (c) of FCO Tel 33?
On a minor point, I note what you say about Pritchard Englefield and Wang and agree that they can be included under category E.
