Hong Kong Department are telexing separately to report that Ministers are, subject to a number of detailed amendments on how the information is categorised, content with the list of British undertakings sent with your fax of 21 January.
There are two small amendments which we made to the list before it was submitted to Ministers which you should bear in mind:

Kuehne & Nagel featured on both list B and C; we deleted it from list B
As there was no trace of Waterford Wedgwood plc at Companies House, we amended the two references to the company to Waterford Wedgwood UK plc, which is registered there.
We also informed Ministers that companies on List G would be slotted into other lists (as we had agreed in our exchange of faxes of 23 and 24 January). If Hong Kong Government do not accept that BTA, BTC, Crown Suppliers, PSA International and IDB Northern Ireland qualify under Articles 16 (2) (b) and (c), we will need to know fairly quickly so that we can consider how they can be incorporated into the British undertakings list.
