A-30 A company which has registered a branch must:

(a)

display the company's registered name and its country of incorporation at every place where it carries on business in Great Britain;

state the company's name and country of incorporation on all bill-heads, letter paper and all notices and other official publications of the company;

if the liability of the company's members is limited, state that fact on its bill heads letter paper and all notices and other official publications of the company, and display it outside every place of business; and

state on letter paper and order forms used in the business of the branch, the place of registration and the registration number of the relevant branch.

A-31 In addition, every company which is not incorporated within the European Community, and which is required to be registered by the law of the country in which it is incorporated, must state on its letter paper and order forms used in the business of the branch, the place of registration of the parent company and its registration number. Every company which is incorporated outside the EC must also state on letter paper and order forms used in the business of the branch, the legal form of the company, the location of its head office and, where applicable, the fact that it is being wound-up.
