The kindergarten was run by the Methodist Church, HK. It operated on a non-profit making basis. In 1988, when the Methodist Church, HK was allocated a new estate kindergarten in Tsui Ping Estate, Agape Methodist Kindergarten was deregistered. The kindergarten had provided the much needed pre-primary educational services to residents in Kwun Tong.
This body has regularly organised a number of community service projects which are of a high standard.
It is an approved charitable institution under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. It is a very active organisation dedicated to serving young people in HK through counselling and public education.
The Chai Wan Community Centre was established in 1975. It provides various types of community service to local residents of all age groups. It
presently accommodates a group work unit operated by SWD and a day nursery run by the Salvation Army.
The Foundation provides social welfare services in a number of important areas. It is an approved charitable institution under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.

Community Youth Clubs
They aim at mobilising young people to participate in community service. Participants have engaged in a number of worthwhile projects.
