PURPOSE
This paper seeks members' advice on the application of special circumstances points to applicants in the Disciplined Services Class of
the British nationality scheme.
BACKGROUND

The Disciplined Services Class of the British nationality scheme is open to application by members of the following disciplined services :
(a) Correctional Services Department
(b) Customs and Excise Service
(c) Fire Services Department
(d) Immigration Service
(e) Operations Department, ICAC
(f) Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force
(g) Royal Hong Kong Police Force
(h) Royal Hong Kong Military Service Corps
(i) Royal Navy
