1. I have been sending you copies of the papers presented to this Committee, as requested. The next meeting is to take place on Tuesday 30 April and this time, due to a classified bag departing today, it is possible for me to get them to you in time for you to see them before the meeting. You will no doubt let me know if there are any particular points you wish me to make. Having only just received them myself I have not yet had time to examine them and therefore have no comments to offer myself.
