regulation 3 (1).
(3) Every application to the Governor under subregulation (3) or (4) for a Schedule 2 recommendation shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in Schedule 2 to these regulations.

Upon receipt of an application to the Governor for a recommendation the Director of Immigration or any public officer appointed by him for the purpose may

request the applicant to provide additional information on any matter referred to in the application;
request the applicant to produce further documentary or other evidence in support of the application;
(c) require the applicant, or, in the case of a minor
child, the child, any parent of the child or any person who has assumed responsibility for the child's welfare, to attend for interview at a time and place appointed by the Director of Immigration or by that public
officer.
