"secon 1 recommendation" means a recommendation by the Governor to

the Secretary of state that a person should be registered as a

British citizen pursuant to section 1(1) of the Act.

"Schedule 2 recommendation” means a recommendation by the Governor

to the Secretary of State that a spouse or minor child of a

parson registered as a British citizen pursuant to section 1(1)

of the Act should be registered as a British citizen pursuant

to Schedule 2 of the Act;

Any reference in these regulations to a form means that

form as prescribed in Schedule 1 to these regulations.
