Method of application for a Schedule 2

Comendation

(1) where a person has applied for a section 1 recommendation

and the application included the spouse of that person, the spouse

shall be deemed to have applied to the Governor for a Schedule 2

recommendation on the date of that application.

(2) Where a person has applied for a section 1 recommendation

and the application included a minor child of that person, the

person shall be deemed to have applied to the Governor on behalf of

that child for a Schedule 2 recommendation in respect of that child

on the date of that application.

(3) The spouse of a person who has applied for a section 1

recommendation who was not included in that application may at any

time before a date to be specified under paragraph 2 of Schedule z

to the Act apply to the Governor for a Schedule 2 recommendation by

completing Form BN (HK) 2 and sending the completed form together with

such documents or copies as are specified in the form by registere Fel

post or by personal delivery to the Director of Immigration at the

address specified in regulation 3(1).

The father or mother or person who has assumed

responsibility for the welfare of a minor child who

(a) is the child of a person who has applied for a

section 1 recommendation; but

(b) was not included in that application,

may at any time before a date to be specified under paragraph 2 of

Schedule 2 to the Act apply to the Governor on behalf of that child

for a Schedule 2 recommendation in respect of that child by completing

FORM BN (HK) 2 (if the applicant is a spouse who wishes to apply to the
