RETURN ARRANGEMENTS AT LONDON HEATHROW (ROYAL SUITE) ON FRIDAY 6 SEPTEMBER 1991
Flight BA 9003C is due to arrive at London Heathrow (Royal Suite) at 0840 hours on Friday 6 September. No 10 will arrange cars for the No 10 party. Cabinet Office will arrange transport for Mr Bullen and communications equipment. London District Provost Company will arrange transport for the RMPS. Conference Section will arrange two security vans and seven cars to meet the party and take them to home addresses.
The Press will go to Terminal 4 for Customs and Immigration clearance.
