a)

COMPOSITION OF THE PARTY

The Prime Minister, Mrs Major and the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, plus those listed at Appendix I, will visit Moscow,

will visit Moscow, Peking and Hong Kong from 1-6 September 1991.

b) The press party travelling on the Prime Minister's aircraft is shown at Appendix I (a). Separate administrative instructions are being issued to them.

PROGRAMME

Outline programmes for the Prime Minister and Mrs Major are shown at Appendix II and II (a).

Outward

The Prime Minister and his party will travel to Moscow in a British Airways chartered TriStar, Call Sign BA 9001C, ETD London Heathrow (Royal Suite) at 0925 hours on Sunday

1 September, ETA Moscow Vnukovo at 1500 hours on Sunday 1 September.

The party will depart Moscow at 0001 hours on Monday

2 September and arrive in Peking at 1330 hours.

b) Onward

The party will depart Peking at 1415 hours on Wednesday 4 April, ETA Hong Kong at 1620 hours.
