In preparing for the visit to London at the end of the month by my Prime Minister, the Rt Hon Jim Bolger, thought that it might be useful if I were to let you have an indicative list of the issues the Prime Minister may wish to raise in his various meetings. I would stress whitehall that the list is indicative only; there may well be other issues which, nearer the time, he will decide to discuss. Of course, there will also be other questions which his British interlocutors will wish to address.
