TRIP TO HONG KONG

Just a brief note to thank you, and your colleagues, for all your help in arranging my visits to the Social Welfare Department in Hong Kong. The Department there arranged two days of visits for me to look at services for offenders and services for the elderly. The visits and discussions with relevant staff proved interesting and will provoke comparisons between the situation in Hong Kong and our own local situation in Northern Ireland.
