Dear Mr. Lovell,

The French Government is seeking authorization

from British authorities for a French Airbus A310-300

to land and take-off in and from Hong-Kong. This

aircraft will be carrying the French Secretary of State

for Foreign Affairs. The details of this proposed move-

ment are as follows

:

01 MAY 1991 arrival at Hong-Kong from Guangzhou

at 09.45 TU.

03 MAY 1991: departure from Hong-Kong at 07.00 Tu.

The call sign of the aircraft is AF 854E - AF 855E

AF 856E.

I would be grateful if you would let me know

whether authorization will be granted.
