LORD FERRERS VISIT TO HONG KONG

1.

Although Lord Ferrers is going to Hong Kong primarily on police matters, Lord Caithness thinks that this visit would be a useful opportunity to expose a Home Office Minister to nationality and immigration matters in Hong Kong. He wonders whether it would not be possible to arrange a meeting for Lord Ferrers with Dr Leong and others who press us on these matters. The Minister would be grateful if you could broach this with the Hong Kong Government.
