Please find attached the schedule of Ministerial visits to/from countries in your geographical area. It is corrected food we to 28 February on information received in Protocol Department. I should be grateful if you would arrange for desk officers to bring the schedule up to date and return it by 18 February for inclusion in the March 1991 schedule. I regret that, due to printing deadlines, any returns received after this date cannot be included in the following schedule. Visits completed before 1 March need not be included. Please ensure that amendments are legible (ie typed or in block capitals) and that all additional entries are set out alphabetical order of country.

All inward and outward visits by Heads of Government and Ministers, outward visits by the Lord Mayor of London, the Speaker of the House of Commons and inward visits by members of foreign Royal Families should be included. (Royal visits overseas will be dealt with by Protocol Department). Firm visits should be listed irrespective of timescales but agreed visits should be listed up to six months ahead. The status of the visit should be recorded under one of the following categories.
