Lord Caithness wishes to hold drinks for all members

of staff in Hong Kong Department as an appreciation for

all the hard work and effort that went into the

preparations for his recent trip to Hong Kong, which

ran smoothly.

2.

The drinks will be held in Lord Caithness's room

(room W/56) on Thursday 7 February from 12.30pm; they

will last for approximately half an hour.

3.

I would be grateful if this note of invitation could

be copied to all other members of Hong Kong Department

and if I could be notified of numbers the day before the

drinks.
