That was quite one of the best lunches of its type that I have ever been to thank you so much for including me. Not only did I think it an excellent idea (even if I was nearly caught short!) to give an opportunity for all of us to give our views to the Minister but I myself was most interested to hear what some of my co-Hongkongers have to

say.

In particular, it seems that your reading of the tealeaves on a "son of secondment scheme" is very accurate and I shall be urging my superiors in London to push the point in appropriate circles.
