1. A quick note in haste to let you know that Alan Paul, Russ Jarvis and I had a meeting this afternoon with the Lands Administration Office of the Building and Lands Department on the PTG. I will wolte at fuller length tomorrow, but you may in the meantime wish to read a copy of the draft "Special Conditions" paper discusood, I will send a copy of the standard conditions of grant by private treaty to you (and Derek Savage in Osaka) tomorrow.
