In the event of demolition as aforesaid the Grantee shall within one month of such demolition apply to the Director for consent to carry out building works for the redevelopment of the lot and upon receiving such consent shall within three months thereof commence the necessary work of redevelopment and shall complete the same to the satisfaction of and within such time limit as is laid down by the Director.
