(3) This Ordinance applies to property whether it is situated in
Hong Kong or elsewhere.

References in this Ordinance to property received in
connection with drug trafficking include a reference to property
received both in that connection and in some other connection, and
whether received before or after the commencement of the Drug
Trafficking (Recovery of Proceeds) (Designated Countries and
Territories) Order 1991 (L.N.
of 1991) and whether received in
connection with drug trafficking carried on by the recipient or some
other person.
(6) Subsections (7) to (13) shall have effect for the
