lation to that order under the Ordinance as applied under
paragraph 3(2) the amount shall be converted into the currency of
Hong Kong on the basis of the exchange rate prevailing on the date
of registration of the order.
(3) For the purposes of this paragraph a certificate
purporting to be signed by or on behalf of the Secretary for
Monetary Affairs and stating the exchange rate prevailing on a
specified date shall be admissible in any proceedings as evidence of
the facts so stated.
9.
Modified Ordinance
The provisions of the Ordinance with modifications as set out
in Schedule 2 are reproduced in Schedule 3.
Consequential Amendment
Bankruptcy Ordinance
10. Effect of order of discharge
Section 32(1)(aa) of the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap. 6) is
amended by adding "or under an external confiscation order
registered under that Ordinance" before "; or".
