provided that both Parties have agreed no less than 180

days before the end of the initial period,

and each

current one year period,

to extend it for

further

year.

3.

Either Party may terminate this Agreement. The

termination shall take effect 180 days from the date on

which it was notified to the other Party.

In witness whereof the

undersigned,

being

duly

authorised thereto by their respective Governments, have

signed this Agreement.

Done at Hong Kong on the 14th day of November 1990,

in

each version being

the English and French languages,

equally authentic.
