ARTICLE IX

ENTRY INTO FORCE AND TERMINATION

1.

This

Agreement shall apply to a request

whether or not the drug trafficking to which the request relates occurred prior to the entry into force of the

This Agreement shall enter into force on the

date on which the Parties have notified each other in

writing that their respective requirements for the entry into force of the Agreement have been complied with, and shall remain in force for three years from that date.
