reasons therefor;

6.

The Central Authority of the Requested Party

may ask the Central Authority of the Requesting Party to

provide any further information which appears to it to

be necessary for the purpose of executing the request.

7.

The Requested Party shall use its best efforts

to maintain the confidentiality of a request and its

contents where such a requirement forms part of the

request.

If the request cannot be executed

breaching the required confidentiality,

Central Authority of the Requesting Party, which shall

then decide whether the request should nevertheless be
