REFUSAL OR POSTPONEMENT OF ASSISTANCE
1.
Assistance shall be refused if the Central
Authority of the Requested Party determines that
execution of a request would seriously impair the
essential interests of the Requested Party.
2.
Assistance may be refused or postponed if
execution of a request could prejudice an investigation
ΟΙ proceedings being conducted within the Requested
Party's jurisdiction.
3.
Before refusing to grant a request for
assistance the Central Authority of the Requested Party
shall consider whether assistance may be granted subject
such conditions as it deems necessary.
