proceeds and instrumentalities of drug trafficking;

Have agreed as follows :

ARTICLE I

DEFINITIONS

1.

For the purposes of this Agreement:

(a) "proceeds" means any property

(b)

derived or

realised,

that

is

directly or

indirectly, by any person from drug

trafficking, or the value of any such

property that may be subject to

forfeiture or

confiscation pursuant to

criminal proceedings;

"property" includes money and all kinds

of movable or immovable and tangible or

intangible property;
