Provisional Arrest
(1)
In urgent cases the person sought may, at the discretion of the requested Party and in accordance with
its law, be provisionally arrested on the application of
the requesting Party.

be terminated upon the expiration of sixty days from the
date of arrest if the request for surrender and supporting documents have not been received. The release of a person
