JUDGMENT

On the 27th December 1989, the plaintiff ("the judgment creditor") obtained judgment

in default of defence against the defendant ("the judgment debtor") for the sum of $26,500

together with interest and fixed costs of $1,110. That judgment remains unsatisfied. From

the evidence now before me it seems that no steps to enforce this judgment were taken by the

judgment creditor, although he has been legally represented continuously since May 1989,

until the 6th May 1991, apparently because the debtor could not be found at the address

where he was served personally with the writ on the 24th July 1989. On the 6th May 1991

I
