Thank you for your letter of 19 September enclosing John Leung's very helpful note and copies of the two rulings. Not surprisingly such cases have created some interest here, not least among legal advisers. In view of the political sensitivity of such cases vis-a-vis the Chinese, would it be

possible to have a regular summary, perhaps on a weekly monthly

basis? I appreciate that if the number of such cases increases a summary would become rather onerous, but in that case even a list would be helpful.
