Ministers authorise Hong Kong to amend their Immigration
38 ordinance to deal with recent and potential legal challenges
to their policy on Vietnamese Boat People.
PS/Lord Caithness' minute of 27 March asked for more work to
be done on the consequences of and alternatives to that
recommendation.
