Chinese dissidents Wang JunTao, Chen ZiMing were put on trial and sentenced 13-year imprisonment. 6 students from the Hong Kong Federation of Students went to the NCNA in Wanchai HK to stage а sit-in. At 9pm, they were able to sit outside the front door NCNA. The number of police was 3 at first. The number of police was increased to about 10 to 15 later. Lam Kin talked to one of the students over mobile phone. He repeated the warning to ask students to leave immediately. According to the student whom Lam talked to, Lam made a threat to inform the families of the students and "invite" students parents to come if students continue the sit-in.

6) During the sit-in, police kept on issuing warnings to students for using loudhailers. Students placing placards and banners on the floor to demonstrate was warned by police under the reason of "causing obstruction

"dumping rubbish", and "breach of peace".
