2. I have followed up with the Hong Kong Government your request for proof of the outcome of the Land Commission meeting to which I referred in my letter of 13 December 1990 to Jeremy Gee. I enclose a copy of an extract from Land Commission Agreed Minute No 26 (the record of the meeting agreed by both sides).
