Following your telno 3696 of 1990, I wrote to CWGC on 13 December. I enclose a copy of my letter and of

Mr Reddie's reply of 21 December.

2. Mr Reddie enquires in paragraph 2 whether there is any proof of the agreement reached in the Land Commission over the Deeds of Appropriation. I should be most grateful if you could advise me on this point. If there is any documentary

evidence available which we can give to CWGC I should be grateful for a copy which I can pass on to Mr Reddie.
